Trinity Mother Frances Rehabilitation Hospital is a 74-bed freestanding acute rehabilitation hospital. Serving the Tyler and East Texas communities since 1993, we are dedicated to the treatment of patients who require rehabilitation after serious illness or injury and are proud to be recognized as a Stroke Center of Excellence.

Our goal is to return the patient to a healthy, fulfilling and independent lifestyle. We provide a smooth transition from the acute care setting to the post-acute setting, offering the full continuum of care ranging from inpatient rehabilitation, outpatient therapy and home health services.
