Every employee, regardless of their role in the organization, is part of the team that helps make Trinity Mother Frances the region’s preferred health care provider. Our staff takes time to listen to the concerns of our customers and takes the initiative in attempting to anticipate their needs with a variety of services and programs designed to make the patient’s experience as pleasant as possible. Many of our Trinity Clinic physicians have received Best Practice commendation from the American Medical Group Association.

The results of these surveys are used to determine new customer service initiatives for our Mother Frances Hospitals and Trinity Clinics.

The DAISY Award is a nationwide program that rewards and celebrates the extraordinary clinical skill and compassionate care delivered by nurses everyday. Trinity Mother Frances is proud to be a DAISY Award Hospital Partner, recognizing one of our nurses with this special honor every month.
DAISY Award honorees personify the mission of Trinity Mother Frances enhance community health through service with compassion, excellence and efficiency. These nurses consistently demonstrate excellence through their clinical expertise and extraordinary compassionate care, and they are recognized as outstanding role models in our nursing community. Nominate an Employee for the Service Excellence Award
Service Excellence is an important part of the Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals and Clinics journey; we want to recognize employees that exude a high standard of service. Use this form to nominate an employee/team who you feel deserves recognition. Submissions can be made online, or placed in the nomination box. Nominations must be submitted by the 25th of the month. Winner(s) will be chosen and announced by the 1st of the next month. The benefits awarded to the winner will run through the 30th of that same month.
