We specialize in promptly seeing and caring for worker’s compensation cases immediately after the injury or illness occurs. We are equipped to perform laboratory tests and minor surgical procedures on-site and can care for non-life threatening cases, as well as perform advanced diagnostic services including audiometry, pulmonary function, X-rays, vision screenings and EKGs.

Immunization & Travel Services

We can meet special immunization needs for food service, day care, nursing home workers and many others. Health At Work provides required immunizations for international travel, including yellow fever, and any necessary prescriptions or medical information related to your destination country will be supplied as well. Upon your return to the U.S., Health At Work can assist with any follow-up immunizations or related care that may be needed.

To help maintain control of the worker’s compensation process, Health At Work monitors your employees' injuries and works with you to identify potentially costly cases.

To assist in this process we have employer-friendly protocols in place. These specific Company Protocols allow for quicker response to an employee's service needs.

After every patient visit, including follow-ups, the injured/ill employee will leave Health At Work with a written Work Status recommendation, and the employer will receive a faxed copy of the same form.

Health At Work professionals use information specific to your work environment to indicate any restrictions and recommend alternative work assignments for injured employees.

In the event an employee requires further services of a specialist, therapist or is in need of rehabilitation, Health At Work will manage the treatment process until the injured employee returns to full duty. As a part of the integrated health system of Trinity Mother Frances, Health At Work truly offers a full continuum of care.

Drug & Alcohol Screens

eScreen technology is available at Health At Work and has revolutionized the drug testing industry with paperless, automated management solutions. eScreen offers online services with real-time drug tests and background check data to streamline the pre-employment drug-testing process.

Health At Work offers DOT and company (non-DOT) collections to meet both government and company requirements. Our certified collectors follow protocol so the specimen Chain of Custody is maintained at all times. We send all specimens to a SAMSHA-approved laboratory, to ensure that specimen integrity is tested for, in addition to controlled substances. But, specimens can be sent to the lab of your choice as well. Either way, you can feel confident in the collection process of our program.

We also have Certified Breath Alcohol testing devices, approved for use by the DOT for alcohol testing, which provide immediate results that are confirmed on the spot.

Physicals

Health At Work has the facilities and medical providers needed to conduct full or abbreviated physicals to meet the Department of Transportation (DOT) requirements.
