Comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessments
Comprehensive Community Health Needs Assessments (CHNAs) were conducted for Mother Frances Hospitals (Tyler, Jacksonville and Winnsboro) from January 2013 to June 2013. The analysis included a careful review of the most current health data available, demographics and input from numerous community representatives. The process culminated in the development of Implementation Plans to address the significant needs identified through the CHNAs. Mother Frances Hospitals will utilize these plans as a guide over the next three years to offer programs that support the health of the communities and the mission of the organizations.
