Conveniently located at South Broadway and Rieck Road in Tyler, DirectCARE offers extended hours.

With on-site X-ray and laboratory services, we’re ready to treat almost any routine injury or illness. DirectCARE is staffed by board-certified physicians and clinicians you can trust and is open for service during hours you can live with.

Hours of operation:
Monday – Friday: 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m.
Saturday and Sunday: 9:00 a.m. – 7:00 p.m.

Appointments available. Walk-ins welcome.
