April 6, 2006 Contact: OWEN EARNS PRESTIGIOUS TYLER, TX - Laura D. Owen, Certified Health Care Executive (CHE) and senior vice president, Trinity Mother Frances Health System, recently earned board certification in health care management, advancing to Diplomate status in the American College of Healthcare Executives (ACHE). ACHE, an international professional society of 30,000 health care leaders, recognized Mrs. Owen at ACHE'S Convocation Ceremony on March 26 during the organization's annual Congress on Health Care Leadership in Chicago.
