Meet Our Trinity Clinic Orthopedic Surgeons
The physicians at Trinity Clinic Orthopedic and Sports Medicine are committed to caring for east Texas patients with arthritis and joint pain. Because of the unique care experience for their patients, our surgeons perform their total joint procedures exclusively at the Trinity Mother Frances Joint Replacement Center at Mother Frances Hospital in Tyler, Texas. All of our surgeons are fellowship trained. Dr. William F. Phillips III, medical director of the Joint Replacement Center, has fellowship training in Adult Reconstructive Surgery; Dr. William R. Hobbs received his fellowship training in Sports Medicine and Shoulder Surgery; Dr. Roger L. McCown II is fellowship-trained in Orthopedic Traumatology; Dr. Joshua D. Stein received his fellowship training in Sports Medicine; and Dr. Thomas B. Volatile’s fellowship training was in Adult Reconstructive and Spine Surgery. All of our physicians have extensive experience using the Stryker Navigation System, an advanced surgical technology that helps the orthopedic surgeon more precisely align knee and hip implants. They are dedicated to helping their patients resume their normal, active lifestyles following joint replacement surgery.
