At Trinity Clinic, our family medicine physicians are dedicated to offering comprehensive and quality health care for the entire family. Family medicine physicians provide care that is not limited by age, gender, condition or health problem. Their knowledge of the patient, their family and community facilitates their emphasis on disease prevention and health promotion. When referral is indicated, the family medicine provider refers the patient to a specialist, but remains the coordinator of the patient’s health care. We urge each patient to establish an ongoing relationship with a primary care provider.
